Hathaway, meanwhile, wore a satiny pink Prada gown that she described as "business in the front, party in the back." Other stars that embraced the softer palette included Amy Adams, who described working with Oscar de la Renta on her strapless soft gray gown, with a billowing skirt trailing behind her, as "magical." Blue was also seen on Reese Witherspoon, whose daughter, Ava, helped pick out the strapless royal blue Louis Vuitton for her walk down the carpet. Even Daniel DayLewis wore blue.
